Interviews

The interview is your chance to demonstrate your potential.

If you already meet or are expected to meet our entry requirements, and have demonstrated your passion and commitment to teaching in your application, you will be invited to attend an interview. The interview is your chance to demonstrate your potential to become a successful teacher.

The interview day consists of:

• a written test in English and maths
• an exercise with a small group of children e.g. introduce a book of your choice
• a short presentation to the interview panel
• an individual interview

Further information about the format of the day will be sent to you via email in advance of the interview date.

Remember, the interview process is also your chance to find out more about the course, our schools and Winchester University. Selection is a two-way process.

If you are located outside the UK we are able to consider online interviews.
